Tumblr ate my previous entry!  YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.  Blah blah blah cast on in 2010 blah blah blah was huge when I tried it on blah blah blah Frogged back, continued to be a walking wardrobe malfunction blah blah blah Put it in a pile and forgot about it blah blah blah Frogged back to waist measurement blah blah blah Had my friend Taylor the tailor help me with finishing blah blah blah Fit perfectly in her atelier blah blah blah Had to reblock blah blah blah Skirt once again became a stretched-out nightmare.  I think the stitch might be stretchy (a fact that my gauge failed to tell me) and the snaps may also be weighing it down.  I’m going to consult with Taylor and maybe crochet or sew in an elastic casing and see if that does the trick.  The cut and color of the skirt is gorgeous and I want to make something wearable, dammit.
